We’re in the process of voting here in America, and its an important day for voting! Both the Presidency and many seats in Congress are up for grabs.

I was listening to CSPAN radio today and Sandra Day O’Connor was talking about her experience on the Supreme Court, and how she felt that justices should be appointed, not elected. While I’m not an expert on the matter by any means, I felt that she made some very good points in her argument.

The radio program also discussed the use of the internet by the Supreme Court, and I was surprised to learn that the Supreme Court has a blog!
